What shipping methods do you offer?
FREE standard shipping to the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Australia, and New Zealand are offered for orders above US$150.
For orders below US$150, the following flat rate standard shipping fee is charged:

When will I get my order?
Usually, it takes 2-5 days to fulfil an order, after which it’s shipped out. The total estimated delivery time in business days, which includes both fulfilment and shipping, can be estimated as follows:

Can you fulfill and ship faster?
All our products are made on-demand. This means we only start manufacturing once we've received your order. This creates less waste than the conventional manufacturing model. Each product will be printed individually with the latest printing technology to deliver its unique vibrant colour. They are then cut and hand-sewn meticulously by experts in Lativa / US / Mexico to offer the best tailoring.
Your patience helps save the environment. And good stuff is worth waiting, isn’t it?
Where will my order ship from?
We manufacture and fulfil our orders from Lativa / US / Mexico. Your order will be shipped from the fulfilment centre closest to your destination for better efficiency.
Where do you ship?
Currently, we ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia and New Zealand. More shipping locations will be offered in the future.
Can you deliver orders to a PO Box?
As PO Box addresses cannot accept bulkier shipments, we highly suggest you use a physical address instead of a PO Box address to ensure smooth delivery.
Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
Contact the courier company and check the status of your order
Stop by your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the courier or at your neighbour’s, get in touch with us at info@deearest.com with your order number within 14 days after the estimated delivery date.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
Order
How do I track my order?
A tracking link via email will be sent to you when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at info@deearest.com.
Why can’t I see any tracking info after my order has been shipped out?
For US shipments, it can take up to 48 hours for tracking info to show up in the system. For international shipments, tracking info might appear even later. So, please be patient. Your tracking info is on its way.
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We are so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at info@deearest.com within 5 days with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
What if my order gets lost in the mail?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
Contact the courier company and check the status of your order

What happens if a package wasn't delivered, but the tracking states that it was?
Once your items are shipped, DEEAREST is not liable for lost or stolen packages. We suggest you reach out to the carrier and ask for additional information about the shipment. For example: "Left under the table on the back porch." Please also check that the shipping address was correct.
Can I change or cancel an order that is already submitted?
We try to fulfill orders very quickly and are unable to cancel or edit any orders at this time.
My order shows it is being returned to sender, what now?
There are a few reasons that your order can be returned to us. Most often it is due to an undeliverable address or the package being unclaimed at customs. Please contact us at info@deearest.com within 14 days and let us know how you would like to proceed. Returned products will be donated to charity if we do not hear from you within this period.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address or did not claim your package at the customs on time, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
I’m missing an item from my order, what should I do?
We're sorry there's an item missing from your order! Before emailing us, we recommend checking the following:
We may have sent your items in separate packages so please check your email to see if any of your items will be arriving separately.
If you have an item missing from your order, please let us know within 5 days of your order being delivered and we'll do our best to make this right. To speed up the process please make sure you include your order number and details of the missing item.
Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
We do not accept returns and exchanges. If there is something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at info@deearest.com!

Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. To start a refund, you can contact us at info@deearest.com with photos of wrong/damaged items within 14 days after receiving your item. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/colour?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at info@deearest.com within 5 days after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!

How long do I have to submit a claim for a refund/exchange?
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted within 14 days after the estimated delivery date.

How should I care for my leggings?
Below are the care instructions for our products:
* Machine-washed cold with like colours without bleach
* No dry-clean or tumble dry
* Iron it with low heat
* Avoid contact with rough surfaces as they can pull out the white fibers in the fabric, damaging the leggings
How do I know what size to get?
You can refer to the body measurement guide and product measurement guide of the product that you are interested in to check your sizes. Take special note if you are in-between sizes.
How do you make your products?
All our products are made on-demand. This means we'd only start manufacturing once we received your order. This creates less waste than the conventional manufacturing model. Each product will be printed individually with the latest printing technology to deliver its unique vibrant colour. They are then cut and hand-sewn meticulously by our experienced tailors in Lativa / US / Mexico.
Are your products safe?
Yes, definitely. The fabric that we use in our leggings complies with the US CPSIA and fabric safety test to ensure the safety of all of our customers, especially our little ones. The inks that we use in the printing of our leggings are Oeko-Tex™ certified which means that they are free of harmful chemicals and are safe for your skin.
Are your products sustainable and ethical?
We use a print on-demand business model which is more sustainable for the planet.
All our leggings are printed individually upon the receipt of your order. While this may take a few more days to deliver the products to your door, we greatly reduce garment waste resulting from over-production in conventional garment manufacturing.
We also partner with suppliers that offer ethical working conditions without the use of slavery, forced labour, or illegal employment practices.
